Something BIG is Coming!

I’m pouring my heart and soul into an exciting new project for teens that will change the way we approach emotional regulation. While I’m focusing all my energy on bringing this to life, I’ll be pausing face-to-face workshops in 2025.

Here’s a little teaser: this program will help teens uncover the why behind their BIG emotions and equip them with creative, personalized tools to manage them—backed by science, creativity, and connection.
