4 Week Block of Art Therapy
By choosing to book a 4 week block:
Tracey will design an individualized treatment plan, to cater to your specific needs, and help you meet your identified goals for the block:
based on the information on your Intake form;
with creative processes specifically tailored to guide your exploration of the issue from different perspectives;
with flexibility to respond to what emerges;
in ways that help you identify possible paths and resources to help you find resolution.
Do you face a specific challenge?
Do you think it will require more than one session?
to really dig deep into what is behind this issue;
to find new ways to move forward;
to find resolution.

Intake form
Initial session
Following 3 sessions
In the first session we will review and expand on the information in your intake form. We will then identify what goals you want to achieve in our 4 sessions together. Based on this discussion, we will further explore your issue through creative processes. At the end of the session, we will look at what action you will take between sessions to honour any insights you gained.
The four sessions are usually booked for the same day and time for 4 consecutive weeks.
In between each session, I will review and refine the treatment plan, based on what has emerged in the previous session.
Each session will follow a similar structure of checking-in how the week has gone and whether you had any further insights around what came up in the previous session.
We will then usually do a brief guided meditation to get you into a relaxed state.
This will most likely be followed by some form of creative process and exploration of the art to see what emerges for you.
In closing each session, I will usually ask you to identify an action you can take to bridge the time between sessions.
