Individual sessions are for people who may be feeling overwhelmed, unsure of themselves, or finding certain situations, emotions, or relationships difficult to navigate. It’s a space where you don’t need to have the right words or know where to start — we begin from wherever you are.

Parents and caregivers are supported alongside this process, and may be invited to participate in sessions or join in sharing at the end, where appropriate. The individual remains at the centre of the work, with choice around when and how others are involved.

Individual Sessions

A supportive space to explore new skills, and develop a deeper understanding of yourself and others.

Face to face...

If this feels like the right kind of support, you’re welcome to get in touch to discuss what might be helpful.

Together, we focus on building practical skills and developing a deeper understanding of yourself and others. Sessions are guided and supportive, incorporating creative and experiential processes that allow you to explore, reflect, and practise new ways of responding in real and meaningful ways.

Over time, this can help you feel more confident, more aware of your patterns and reactions, and better equipped to manage everyday challenges in ways that feel right for you.

Creative Expression for Wellbeing...

For some individuals, creative expression becomes a meaningful way to engage in the process. Art-making can offer a gentle and accessible entry point, particularly when it feels difficult to put experiences into words.

Engaging in creative processes can support a sense of calm and focus, allowing space for reflection and for thoughts and feelings to be explored in a different way.

In sessions, individuals may choose to work on creative projects that feel personally meaningful. For example, one client chose to create a copper wire Tree of Life, using the process of shaping, selecting, and placing each element as a way to reflect on and work through things that had been on her mind.
