Individual sessions are for people who may be feeling overwhelmed, unsure of themselves, or finding certain situations, emotions, or relationships difficult to navigate. It’s a space where you don’t need to have the right words or know where to start — we begin from wherever you are.

Parents and caregivers are supported alongside this process, and may be invited to participate in sessions or join in sharing at the end, where appropriate. The individual remains at the centre of the work, with choice around when and how others are involved.

Face to face...

Over time, this can help you feel more confident, more aware of your patterns and reactions, and better equipped to manage everyday challenges in ways that feel right for you.

If this feels like the right kind of support, you’re welcome to get in touch to discuss what might be helpful.

Together, we focus on building practical skills and developing a deeper understanding of yourself and others. Sessions are guided and supportive, incorporating creative and experiential processes that allow you to explore, reflect, and practise new ways of responding in real and meaningful ways.

Art as Therapy...

Some clients find that even if they are not ready for Art Therapy, that engaging in art making is still therapeutic.

The act of being creative releases seratonin, dopamine and endorphins allowing our brains to enter an Alpha brainwave pattern that replicates the brain waves found during meditation.

Some of my beautiful clients, prefers to choose art projects to work on. One client's most recent project was a copper wire 'Tree of Life'. As she mindfully twisted the wire strands, chose each crystal and intuitively decided where they belonged on her tree, my client was able to work through some things that had been concerning her, because of this calm mind space she had entered whilst art-making.
