Group Programs

– Shared Learning Through Experience

Small group programs focused on learning through doing.

These programs are designed to support skill development in a safe, structured, and collaborative environment. Participants learn alongside others through guided activities, creative exploration, and supported practice.

Groups are intentionally small to allow for scaffolding, repetition, and meaningful participation.

Best for:
People who learn well through shared experience, structure, and supported practice with others.

Individual Sessions
– Individualised & Experiential

A personalised, hands-on space designed around your goals and strengths.

1:1 sessions use creative, play-based, and experiential activities to build practical skills in a way that feels engaging and achievable. Sessions are structured and scaffolded, allowing skills to be introduced, practiced, and strengthened over time.

Depending on your needs, this may include creative tasks, structured activities, movement, reflection through making, and real-world skill practice.

Best for:
People who benefit from individualised pacing, structured support, and experiential learning.

Across all services, I support people to build practical, everyday capacities through:

  • Emotional recognition and regulation

  • Coping strategies for daily challenges

  • Scaffolded skill development

  • Social understanding and connection

  • Resilience and adaptive thinking

  • Independence and confidence

My work is grounded in creative expression, play-based exploration, and experiential learning, offering structured support that helps skills become practical, embodied, and usable in real life.

Based in the Southern Darling Downs, I offer both studio-based and outreach services across the region.

In a typical session

We will go through and expand on information provided in the Intake Form and have a discussion about expectations and goals.

I usually like to use some form of guided visualization / meditation to help the client get into a relaxed state of consciousness that will allow the creativity to flow. This is usually tailored to the client and the focus for the session.

Following this, you will be invited to engage in an art process with a selection of materials to work with.

When you feel the art is complete, we explore the art with curiosity, delving the depths, to see what insights may be gained...sometimes the only goal is to enjoy being creative and this is enough.

What to expect

When you book an individual session:

  • An Intake Form will be emailed to you, to complete and return prior to the appointment. Information on the Intake Form will assist in understanding a little bit about you (or your child) and what your goals are for the session, so that I can create a plan.

  • On-line sessions: will receive an email with payment details and a list of art materials that may be useful to have on hand.

  • Face-to-face sessions: all art materials are provided and an invoice is provided following the session, payable to the Centre for Healthy Living.
