B. Pricing policy
Rainbow Creations Art Therapy, is committed to offering accessible, respectful services at reasonable prices, with some limited time promotional prices.
Prices for services vary according to the type of service requested (1-1 for a specific issue, 1-1 4 week workshop), length of time (including preparation time), setting (online, at The Centre for Healthy Living, in my Art Therapy Studio) and number of participants.
NDIS participants may incur additional costs for other requested services (eg. reports, travel).
Cancellations within 24 hours of appointment time will incur the costs of the session.
C. Feedback and Complaints
Rainbow Creations Art Therapy endeavours at all times to treat its clients and visitors to the site with respect and compassion. We gratefully accept any feedback that will help us to improve our services, but ask that all feedback or complaints are delivered in a respectful way.
